Senior Men’s Series Points: In rounds 1 and 8 there are additional ability and age categories to keep in line with BC regs for higher classification events. These categories don’t exist in all the Friday evening events as the shorter race duration makes the events ineligible for BC ranking points and classification. At Hamsterley, although race results, podiums and BC ranking points will go by BC category, for the purpose of allocating series points the following categories results will be combined to form the Senior Men Category, which is what all of these riders will race as at the Friday Evening events (rounds 2-7 inclusive): Sport Men, Masters Men, Elite Men and Expert Men
Women’s Series Points: For the same reasons as above, in addition to current low participation levels the following categories will be combined for the allocation of series points: Sport Women, Masters Women, Elite Women, Expert Women, Vet Women, U18 Women
We hope that female participation will increase and if this is happens then the above will be reviewed
Series Prizes:
- Riders must ride at least 5 of 8 rounds to be eligible for series prizes
